Return Policy

• Conditions: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. Please include the delivery note or invoice.
• Return Costs: Returns are free of charge for you. Use the included return label.

Return Process

1. Fill out the return form: Fill out the return form included with your order.
2. Prepare the package: Securely pack the items in the original packaging and include the completed return form.
3. Send the return: Attach the return label to the package and drop it off at the nearest post office.

Refund

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase amount to the original payment method. Processing can take up to 10 business days.

Exchange

If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order. The exchange process is faster and easier this way.
